okie dokes. i got a new version of the forums up and running, with a new look too. it should be up and running now, but i havent had a chance yet to re-integrate the old forum information into it yet. that ought to come tomorrow when im bored at work. ive been editing php for the last few hours and im sick of looking at code for now.

holy guacamole! its almost been another god damn year? shee-it. Well once more ive gotten a bug up my ass to get some stuff updated on this website. first up is changing the look of it. i still like my layout, but theres a few things i want different.
the forums are coming down for a while, so i can clear out all the effing shyte thats been spammed to it. im going to track down another good bbs system (prolly stick with phpBB and get the newest version) and migrate everything thats pertinent over.
ive begun working on a new book, which is slightly laughable considering that i havent even gotten half done on my other 2 books, but at least its a form of progress. i ought to start working on the other books again soon too.
the diary is going to be changed up a bit too. i need to re-work my coding on it to make it more user-friendly and to make it customizable. i do realize that noone really uses the fucking thing but me, but its still something id rather have done nicely if at all.
I suppose thats the extent of it all today so i'll get my butt back to work. whee!

holy crap. its been a frigging year since i posted anything into this front blog. thats kinda scary. i knew i had been ignoring this site for a while but thats rediculous. mostly ive been getting sick of computers so i suppose thats most of it, but ive lately gotten a wild hair up my ass to do some work and make this thing look better, so i think i shall be doing that for a bit here. prolly wont last more than a week or so but it'll give me something to do.
been working on my books too. karma of war has a new chapter down, just not edited to my satisfaction, and furthermore its a future chapter. prolly about 4 or so more chapters to go before this one will be ready to put out. the idea i had was just good enough in my mind that i wanted to get it down when i had it fresh.
new book in the works too. started as a quickie 2 pager i came up with while hiking in the nature center but lately its taken on a more robust nature. possibly cus ive been reading a lot more good sci-fi so ive been tossing it about in the back of my brain. no working title yet, but once i get the first chapter written i'll post it in the books section.
i suppose thats it for now folks. im sure to pay more attention to this site in the future, even tho its only really for me, and noone else comes here. heck, i just re-registered my domain name for another 2 years :)

im getting tired of this website. i havent updated anything in months other than a few new pictures. ive barely even been working on my books. its sad when one feels so unmotivated. oppressing bullshit can do that to someone. i'll be trying to change up some things on here fairly soon, shifting around the look of my site and making it look a bit more aesthetically pleasing and getting it more organized, and i HAVE been editing chapter 1 of "Karma of War", and thats almost done. someone told me that my guest book has been fucked up and thats why noone has been posting on it, i just wish someone had emailed me and let me know so i can fix it. lol ah wells. i guess thats it for now. oh yeah. will someone please post something in my fucking bbs? the sheer emptiness is depressing me

wow, feb 11th was my last update? damn im getting lax. anywho, latest thing is that im tidying up my image folder, re-classifying stuff and sorting it out. i got tired of not being able to find what im looking for when im wanting it, so for a day or so images may be broken. (as if anyone is even coming here and will complain) hopefully i'll find the time to fix the shit up after work. yey

well i got bored in training the other day and decided i needed a new programming project. so of course being bored and having no idea what to do to alleviate my boredom, i picked the most logical thing, i created a binary clock. :) if you wanna run it just click here.

its been a while, but i finally wrote a new rant and put it up. ive been delving much more into buddhism lately, and its given me some interesting thought paths to follow. it was pointed out to me recently that i was so pissed off at christianity cus i was forced into it as a child, and that fosters a lot of anger. ive let that go for the most part, and gained a new objectivity. now that im comparing buddhism and christianity, ive found a few interesting things that stem off from the cultures that founded these belief systems. thats the crux of my newest composition, religion and its societal effects: war and ethics. its not long, as i wrote it at work and didnt have that much time to edit, but that shall change eventually as i plan on working on it a bit more in times to come as i learn new things about myself and gain new insights.

sometimes i get very interesting spam mail. i have OE set to read it in text so i dont get virii or trigger any of the assorted tricks of the spam trade. to slip past some spam checkers they stick in some nonsense code ...

Chapter 6 of Karma of War is finally finished. got it done up at "work" today. we were checking tickets for errors and the system was slow as fuck so i had plenty of time to get it done. on to chapter 7!!!

Well fuck. Scarbie has been over for a week now and im really depressed about it. I had way too much fucking fun up there, meeting new ppl and just hanging out being goofy. I gotta say hi to a crapload of ppl, so here they are in no particular order:

well finally. i got chapter 5 of "Karma of War" finished, and chapter 6 is in the works. i think i have most of chapter 7 done too but that remains to be seen. im about to be laid off, so for those of you that have been eagerly awaiting more chapters for either book i should get more done fairly soon. i finished some work on my message boards so now you can actually post to it. there is a section up for my books so please comment and give me feedback/suggestions. also, since im about to get laid off, im going to be selling t-shirts with my custom slogans on them fairly soon. i need a few more pre-orders on them before i get em made since its a minimum 24 shirt order. im also gonna be selling chain mail jewelry and armor. although i dont think i'll be doing the armor so much, mostly smaller pieces like headdresses, halter and bikini tops, etc., although if the price is right i'll do just about anything within reason. id rather not make any more shirts since they are widely available (albeit shit quality, i make mine combat quality. i know, ive tested) anyways, that sums it up for now. as always, send me questions/comments etc to my email - EJ79931@hotmail.com - or on AIM - CrimsonKissaki - thats about it for now so peace, im out.

fucking a. finally got my forums up again. i went thru and deleted a bunch of old crap, and removed all the member lists. noone had posted anything recently so oh wells. those of you who frequent my forums will need to sign up again. all 2 of you. (insert self-depreciating smile here) hopefully i'll get some more shit up sometime with regard to my books. i have a few more chapters of Karma of War ready to go. since im about to be laid off, i am as well beginnging to sell t-shirts to make up some cash whilst im on the dole. ideas will be forthcoming fairly soon, and hopefully i can get enough interest to get my ideas down. main problem is that i have to have 24 shirt minimum orders. /me shrugs we'll see what'll happen.

(commence amusing chase scene whereby entropy gets his ass kicked and much impossible physical slapstick/painful hilarity ensues resulting in entropy having the axe up his butt) gee, i feel better now. all the ice has kept me from going to arlington court and seeing the judge today. took me 4 hours to drive home last nite too. spur 408 was shut down and i was stuck there for a good 1½ hours. good thing i had kitty litter in my car. helped 2 ppls get unstuck and on their merry way. (commence warm squishy feeling) i guess thats all for now.

Wow, its been a while. I havent done shit to this site for half a month. No new posts, no more work on my stories. No diary entries. I put up a new rant today. I guess that counts for something. I just came back from a 2½ week vacation from work, and i didnt get anything done that i meant to. /me shrugs. thats the way it goes i guess. i havent had any suggestions for improving my site, or for new shit to put up, so i'll continue being lazy and not do anything except for those few brief moments when a decent idea lodges in my brain. its all SOP for now.

ok, now im seriously pissed off. the fucking index2.htm file NO LONGER INTERPRETS PHP!!!!! damn it! rather than go through every single fucking one of my files and change index2.htm to index2.php, i just set up a redirector page. looks shitty but hopefully my server support guys will get back to me soon and lemme know what the fuck is going on. till then, gotta just grit my teeth.

had another fucked up dream last nite. its in my diary. this is the 2nd one ive had recently, both of of FUBAR beyond belief. death (both other's an my own) is the prominent theme. i dont know what it means either. if it was due to books im reading i should be fighting the Yuuzhan Vong or something. who knows.

I just finished chapter 3 of Karma of War. Also edited chapter 1 of Demon Hunter. In addition i think i have the names for my main characters. Evyn is now Cath in KoW, and in DH he is now Ka'mi. Cath is Celtic in origin, meaning "battle" or "warrior". Ka'mi is a conjunction of the japanese word, kami, which is a spirit. i find these names fitting for the characters. we'll see if i find better ones. if anyone can tell me what the emperor's name means in DH, you'll get a cookie :)

Odd thing this, especially since im already in a literary project. Had an idea for a new story. pure fantasy this time. much easier for me to write since i grew up on this shit. Robert Jordan, Robert E. Howard, Tolkein, McCaffery, Roland Greene, etc. New work is tentatively dubbed "demon hunter". Medieval setting, not earth tho. sorcery, demons, etc. whole bit. unfortunately some of it is trite, evil emperor, princess on the fence, anti-hero. I dont know all the stuff yet but i think im gonna have more fun with this than "karma of war". who knows, maybe i'll actually fucking finish one of em ..... more to come.

well, looks like chapters 1 and 2 of my story are done. some revisions remain but so far im pretty happy. im not working on this as much as id like, only about the last hour of my work shift. the rest of the time im too distracted or busy or something. (lazy?) slowly but surely this will work itself out. no idea if im going to finish this or not. just have to let the chips fall where they may. at least its a nice distraction from the everyday boredom and hum-drum.

got 3/4 of my rheobus complete. one part doesnt work due to a bum chip that i bought (wasnt my fuck-up!). fortunately i forsaw something going awry and bought plenty of extra parts. gotta go home, cut that part out, and re-soldier alla wires. but thats it. the rest of it works fine. lights dim/brighten when i turn the knobs :), just like they are supposed to. connected a fan to it, and it turns off/on and can even go to about 1/2 speed before lack of juice turns it off. im proud of myself. this is my first computer mod and its looking awesome! pics to come showing my computers transformation from Boring Beige, to Scary Dragon!

well im pissed off at myself now. due to an incredibly stupid act, i lost 20 of my garbage posts. damned if i didnt see that 2 in the code. so the last post deleted all of one of my table cells. grr!! grr i say! neway, its fixed now. i wont fuck up like that again (i hope).

The Karma of War is a short(?) story by me. its a work in progress and updated whenever the fuck i feel like it. mostly when im at work and bored out of my fucking skull. character names, titles, chapter names all change without notice. if you think im referring to you in one of my characters, quit being so damn self centered.

yey. still 21. went to see dieselboy the other nite, paid for it by being sore for 3 days straight. bad back and dancing dont mix /me shrugs. oh wells. right now, trying to build a rheobus from scratch for my comp since im modding it. gots most of the parts. now i need the bread board, heat sinks, and molex connectors. then construction begins! oh boy, that means using a soldering iron! w00t, more burn scars from liquid metal! what fun.
